The term “downline” is used to describe the people who you’ve referred to a MLM program, as well as the people they’ve referred, and so on. It’s everyone who is “under you” within the programs “matrix”. You’re usually making a commission from part or all of your downlines sales, plus you can promote other opportunities to them. For these reasons, your downline is very important.
